SNOW DAY!

We had one last trailer load of things to take to storage in Virginia. We arrived on Saturday 2/28 and unloaded in the heavy rain.

The temperature dropped that afternoon. Huge snowflakes filled the air when we were visiting with Great Grammy Hanks. We ended up having 6-8" in snow! Paw Paw Bill kept Anthony entertained with model trucks he had built from scratch wood. Anthony loves Paw Paw Bill's trucks.

It was really beautiful the next day at Paw Paw Bill and Granny Debbie's house when the sun highlighted the snow. The sky was so blue. Anthony didn't know what to think of all the snow and cold air. He made the funnest faces!

March 1st was also the first day Anthony started giving "hugs" to us.

In the truck on the way home, with the heater running, Anthony insisted on taking off his socks. His little toes are so cute!

Visit with the Harris' Family in TN

We thought Hunter and Anthony would like to play in the bathtub. Bath time turned everyone to tears but at least they smelled good! Anthony was in a much better mood after his nap!

Cheerio was probably thinking, "We all need a nap after that bath!"

Anthony loved playing with his cousins, Hunter and Madison. He wasn't too happy about Cheerio trying to give him a high five but they made up soon after. Thanks Kim and Mike for letting us visit!

We enjoyed the beautiful TN mountains on the way home. Our new business truck bought from Penske....movin' on up! Big time!It was a long trip and Anthony fell asleep once the sun set.

We Made It to Closing!

We really wasn't sure if we were going to survive this move! It was really difficult to get everything packed and moved. Many people prayed for us and we made it!

Just three hours before closing, Thomas pulled out in the RV and trailer. Heather and Anthony drove behind in the truck with the flat bed trailer.

We dropped off the RV and trailers at Nana Midge's house and headed for closing. After closing, we were off to TN to pick up our new business truck Mike (brother) arranged for us to purchase from Penske. We arrived in TN at Kim and Mike's house after 10 PM. It was a long day!
