Last Day of 2009

We had a great day at Thousand Trails - Orlando, FL!

Anthony's new friend is a stray cat the campers call "Tiger".

Anthony tried to give Tiger his airplane and the bike locks. Tiger didn't seem to mind but didn't know what to do with the stuff.

Anthony put on his daddy's hat. It was a little big!

Poppy and Memaw made it back to their Florida home! They stopped by during Anthony's afternoon nap and left his Christmas presents. Well, when he found them behind the curtain, he couldn't wait for their return to open his presents. He got a doggie, sound puzzle, book, and shirt. He gave all his presents a "two thumbs up"!

Anthony went and got the instructions to the doggie. It was like he was reading the instructions to see how the toy worked. So cute!

We went for a walk to the activity center.

The sunset was a beautiful pink!

Anthony wanted to push his stroller instead of ride. He tried to get Tiger to get in the stroller. Anthony would say to the cat, "Ride. Ride." as he pointed his finger to the seat! The cat, like Anthony, wanted to walk!

Christmas in the Park - This RV had a Christmas village in the window. When we got to the activity center, Anthony parked his stroller at the bike rack, walked away, and left it there.

Ice cream! We love the ice cream shop!

Swimming in January

It was in the 70s today and the first time ever we have worn swimsuits in January, so we went to the pool. Anthony had a look on his face that said, "I am not sure I want to go in there!"

Anthony loved the outside shower. It was warm!

The pool water was much colder!

Anthony wanted out as soon as he got in!

We'll try again on a warmer day!

It was still nice to be in our swimsuits in January!

Anthony, we are so proud of you! We love you!

Birthday Party!

Anthony said, "Mmmmmmm, Good!"

It was cooler this morning, but by the end of the day it was 73 degrees. We had Anthony's birthday party outside. Along with cake, we ate grilled hamburgers and chips. It was good!

Thank you to Anthony's family and friends who sent cards and gave Anthony money for Sea World. After all the children go back to school, we are taking Anthony to Sea World for his birthday.

Florida Fun in the Sun

We took a bike ride up to the activity center and got ice cream! The weather is great...in the 70s! We got a report back from Virginia that it's in the 30s there. We love the warm sun!

There are two big turtles that are living on the other side of the road from our campsite. Anthony loves to walk around with the turtles. They are some of the biggest we have seen in the wild.

Thomas finished polishing up the bus...wow, it shines!
