IMAC (International Miniature Aerobatic Club) Competition
Saturday, 4/04/09 - Competition Day
There was a long road to the Florida airfield. It took more time to travel down this road than the time it took to drive to the site from our KOA campsite!
Everyone loved the "Out of Control" airplane. There is frequently someone wanting to talk about the airplane or take pictures. It's truly one of a kind.
Thomas came in 7th place in the Intermediate category although he flew some of the best sequences he has flown so far! We knew we were going to the beach but didn't know there would be so many sand baggers...just kidding Florida flyers! There were many great pilots that flew in this event!
The warm weather was really wonderful! We all had a great time!
